We are currently seeking Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team in Englewood Cliffs, NJ as part of the Customer Support Team.
Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for working with sales and SCM (Supply Chain Management) teams to create allocation plan for VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) and non VMI accounts and providing direction to Order Management on order fulfillment for constraint models.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Liaison between Order Fulfillment, SCM and Sales. Provide Daily Report to SCM Sales Custom Operations on Allocation Strategy for execution, Communicate with Sales and execute allocation to accounts based on Sales collaboration.
Oversee Customer Support to accurately and efficiently attach product to orders and release orders consistent with agreed allocation strategy.
Consistent and effective proactive communication to Sales and Order Management regarding availability and status of orders.
Manage EOL (End-of-life) models and depletion of Inventory.
Create and manage monthly reporting on OM (Order Management) metrics like order lead time, fill rate and on time performance.
Work with vendor compliance team on root causes of on time % and create improvement plans.
Provide account visibility to customers and sales leadership
Active participation in SOP and operations meetings.
Gather data from meetings into clear concise communication to be shared with team.
Adhoc projects to analyze customer needs
Bachelor degree is required
Minimum 5 year of related experience is required
Must have Leadership Skills needed to guide the team
Must be able to work in fast paced environment
Must be able to demonstrate problem solving skills and interpret data
Must have Good communication skills
Must have advanced knowledge in Excel
