The Business Operations Analyst will provide input into and execute new OTT Marketing offers developed by the offer strategies team. You will identify new solutions and enhancements across multiple systems such as digital buy flows, billing systems, offer management systems, and supplier payments. You will coordinate across multiple teams including Marketing, Sales Operations, Care, TechDev to bring the offer to fruition. Once the offer has been developed and deployed, you will provide production support for this offer until its end of life. You will provide ad-hoc production requests to support the OTT Marketing business including data analysis and issue identification and resolution.
2 years’ full-time work experience in business operations environment
High degree of proficiency
Highly effective written and oral communicator
Accurate assessment of business operations
Demonstrated ability to organize, multitask and produce quality product under tight deadlines
Continual attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office with emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel
Bachelor’s degree preferred
