Part-time 12-month contract This position will assist the Sr Manager, Digital Subscription Sales on administrative as well as marketing tasks. These tasks will range from tracking marketing campaigns and reporting results to the Sr. Manager to tracking down specific marketing initiatives to ensure on time delivery.

  • Attention to detail which includes proofreading to ensure spelling and punctuation are correct within marketing materials PRIMARY TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES: Part-time Operations Assistant - Assists Sr Manager, Digital Subscription Sales with day-to-day tasks, as needed - Follow up with Analytics and Audience Engagement Team to ensure weekly reporting is received - Work with the Marketing Support Team to file creative briefs completed by the Sr. Manager. Develop timelines and ensure deadlines are met. Follows-up through process on status of creatives. - Compiles Monthly and Campaign sales data; Creates associated reports where needed - Helps oversee evergreen campaigns once up and running - Reviews weekly data on new starts, subscriber trends, retention, and churn and reports back on any abnormalities - Takes ownership and sees through small projects as assigned by supervisor
