Robert Half is seeking a success-driven candidate for a High-level Customer Service Representative Opportunity with one of our fortune 100 healthcare partners in Duluth. The Customer Service Representative should have a passion for providing the best customer service at all times. Required of the Customer Service Representative is the ability to perform routine and complex transactions, research and solve problems, and adhere to company policies. Desired of the Customer Service Representative is previous customer service experience and strong technical skills. Customer Service Representatives are responsible for responding to customer concerns and questions quickly and efficiently. This role requires efficiency in data entry and filing reports. The ideal Customer Service candidate will have prior experience assisting clients, handling a high volume of phone calls, using computer systems, and providing exceptional Customer Service to all parties. A background in finance or information technology is highly desired.
