Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Recruitment Manager - Behavioral Health in Downingtown, Pennsylvania
Devereux Pennsylvania operates several programs that provide treatment and services to children, adolescents, adults and families challenged with intellectual, developmental, behavioral and mental health diagnosis.
We are currently seeking a Full Time Recruitment Manager to provide oversight of Recruitment within our Southeastern PA programs.
The position will be based out of an office located in Downingtown, PA.
This position will be responsible to:
Provide guidance and supervision to Center Recruiters, and partners with Center Human Resources, Leadership, and Operations staff to support recruitment efforts needed to ensure that current and anticipated staffing needs are met.
Conducts specialty recruitment by assisting with the sourcing, screening, and recruitment of high quality candidates for specialty roles. Continuously evaluates the recruitment process, monitors key recruitment indicators, identifies gaps / trends, and works collaboratively with operations staff to increase effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment process.
Provides guidance Recruiters on both the science and art of recruitment in their efforts to enhance proficiency in identifying alternative applicant sources, analyzing the effectiveness of recruitment efforts, and identifying opportunities for sharing of resources, recruitment efforts and associated costs.
Assesses Recruiter competencies, and serves as a mentor to Center Recruiters, providing targeted training as needed.
Stays abreast of recruitment and industry trends, and emerging recruitment techniques, and proactively shares knowledge to develop and strengthen Center Recruiters' skills, with particular focus on proactive sourcing of quality and diverse candidates using traditional and innovative sourcing techniques including utilization of job boards and niche site, resume database mining, online searches of the Internet, social media, professional networking, and cold calling.
Works collaboratively with Center leadership and Devereux’s National Recruitment Manager to build a presence on social media sites that is aligned with Devereux and the Center’s organizational goals.

- Education*: A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required.
May consider equivalent, relevant work experience in lieu of education.
Experience: Requires a minimum of (5) years, full-cycle, high-volume recruitment, with a minimum of (3) years’ experience managing a recruiting or sourcing function.
Experience working in a behavioral healthcare / healthcare environment preferred. Demonstrated ability to translate strategic recruitment goals into action through influence, and strong change management skills required.
Requires excellent customer relations and partnering skills; and demonstrated proficiency in the use of innovative sourcing and screening techniques, including, resume database searches, Internet sourcing, networking and cold calling.
Requires ability to effectively share knowledge, develop and deliver training, identify key Recruiter competencies in need of development, and mentor and develop Recruiters. Experience with USCIS processes and procedures related to international recruitment a plus.
