Description:

The IT Project Manager is an integral member of the team responsible for delivering projects of varying size and complexity. The IT Project Manager is responsible for directing, Organizing and controlling all aspects of the project activities. The PM should have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, Managed File Transfer platforms, and working in a highly fast paced, matrixed environment.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements

· Prepare project organization and communication charts

· Chair site meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members

· Track the progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines/trades

· Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours,

· Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team

· Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely effective manner

· Work with and review vendor work/SOWs throughout the lifecycle of the project

· Track & manage contemplated change notices and change orders in the database

· Prepare substantial completion certificates and ensure all required project close out documents are obtained

· Communicate ideas for improving processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others

· Keep the Manager and others teams informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  1. 3+ years of Project Management experience in IT
  2. Fluent in Spanish
  3. Strong communication skills.
  4. Strong problem Solving skills
  5. Strong organizational skills.
  6. Strong analytical skills
  7. Strong PC skills - Windows , MS Office Suite, Visio
  8. 4 year College degree work experience
  9. Understand banking/financial industry printing a strong plus
