  • Coordinate global lean training sessions
  • Facilitate process improvement workshops across a wide array of Finance groups/functions
  • Assist with implementing and monitoring the effectiveness of identified improvement opportunities
  • Maintain global SharePoint site (project documentation, discussion boards, etc.)
  • Track key program metrics and display on visual management boards
  • Prepare management reports and presentations

  • Undergraduate degree in business (emphasis in accounting or finance)
  • 3+ years of accounting or finance experience
  • Demonstrated problem solving capabilities and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience with using Lean/Six Sigma methodology and tools (preferred)
