The Global Travel & Expense team is on a transformationaljourney, and has a vision to improve the end-to-end service experience foremployees while driving improved decision making through data insights. TheGlobal Analytics & Insights Lead – T&E plays a central role in thisstrategy, and is responsible for developing data analytics capabilities forglobal travel, corporate card and expense reporting. Partnering with IT, theywill develop the tools required to monitor the overall performance of end-to-endprocesses, improve spend management, and identify opportunities for continuousimprovement. A data expert, they also play a supporting role in the GlobalTravel & Expense deployment program, assisting with data standardizationefforts required to facilitate accurate insights.

Thisposition requires a highly motivated, disciplined, and proactive individual whoworks effectively without supervision and is comfortable working in anun-structured environment and communicating with all levels of management.Occasional international travel may be required.

Rolesand Responsibilities

  • Develop insight capabilitystrategy for Global T&E
  • Partner with IT to developanalytic and visualization tools enabling leadership to make better decisions
  • Develop and documentbusiness requirements for projects
  • Develop appropriate controlsto monitor the effectiveness of T&E processes and policies
  • Create visual representationof solutions (prototypes) to assist with leadership communication andrequirements
  • Develop and facilitatevisualization tool training
  • Work with multiplestakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly/timely communicated andunderstood by all
  • Liaise with globalstakeholders on an ongoing basis including facilitating meetings with staff fromall levels
  • Build, develop, and growbusiness relationships vital to the success of the overall T&E program
  • Participate in discussionswith third party vendors
  • Ensure appropriatedocumentation is completed and retained

  • Bachelor degree ininformation systems, business, finance, or related discipline (required)
  • 7 years in data analytic,business insights reporting, FP&A, process improvement or related roleswith increasing levels of responsibility (required)
  • Prior project / programmanagement experience (preferred)
  • Ability to occasionallytravel internationally (required)
  • Understanding of corporatecard, travel and expense reporting processes (preferred)
  • Understanding of Tableau(preferred)
  • Understanding of SQL(preferred)
  • Proficient in EnterpriseData Management (SAP) (preferred)
