Job Description: As Counsel,the Attorney will play a leading role in supporting the intersection between thevarious legal disciplines supporting Maven. The Attorney will integrate with privacy,security, sales and marketing, purchasing, litigation, public policy, andcustomer care. The Attorney willpartner with Maven’s business development, purchasing and business operations,and work closely with these clients to support the development and operation ofpersonal mobility solutions around the world.

Responsibilities include:

·Draft and negotiate commercial transactionssupporting the Maven business development and operations teams.

·Support Maven program execution teams in thedesign, development, implementation and operation of products, services, systemsand processes.

·Drive the development and implementation ofcommon global legal processes, requirements and contract templates.

·Collaborate with global legal and business staffto ensure coordinated and compliant design and provision of connected automotivesolutions.

·Law degree and license to practice law in Michigan, or ability to obtain admission into Michigan State Bar within a year of employment.

·A minimum of five (5) years of relevant legal experience, with strong commercial transactions experience and a demonstrated history of successfully supporting technology-focused clients.
