DENVER – Robert Half is working with a National Law Firm who is seeking a Talent Specialist for a long-term temporary opportunity in their Denver, Colorado location. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of experience recruiting professionals – lawyers, accountants, engineers, scientists, etc. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's Degree as well. Responsibilities may include: - Assist in all areas of recruitment of legal and consulting talent for partners, counsel, lateral associates, principals and consultants - Manage the recruiting process to ensure a positive candidate experience from applicant to full-time through to the on-boarding process - Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors and best practices - Proactively create an applicant pool and talent pipeline by writing and posting job advertisements through social media, job boards, detail oriented associations, networks and search firms - Assess and recommend experience in candidates by evaluating resumes for required experience, skills and education - Coordinate and manage onsite interviews, and collect, assess and distribute interview feedback - Ad hoc projects, as assigned This position is set to begin as soon as the right candidate is found and requires 40 hours/week at the Client's location in Denver, Colorado and is expected to last 6-12 months. Candidates should have recruiting experience and previous administrative experience, experience related to law firms is preferred.
