Position DescriptionSeniorFinance Analyst, Home ModalitiesDaVita is currently seeking a SeniorAnalyst to join its Home ModalitiesFinance Team. This team is responsiblefor strategic analyses, financialplanning and analysis (FP&A) and operationalreporting for DaVita'sPeritoneal Dialysis (PD), Home Hemodialysis (HHD) andNocturnalDialysis service lines nationwide.The Sr. Analyst will be anintegral member of the Home Modalities FinanceTeam, which supports the VP,Home Modalities to drive growth andprofitability across the PD, HHD andNocturnal service lines. The Sr.Analystwill report to the Director of Finance for Home Modalities and will bebased inDaVita's world headquarters in Denver, CO. The following is abrief overview of the expected roles andresponsibilities of this position.Essential Duties andResponsibilities* Overall: Thought andprocess leadership for assigned projectso Understandthe problems or questions posedo Synthesizedata from multiple sourceso Developand drive analyses to address the key issueso Communicaterecommendations to key stakeholders through verbal and writtenpresentations* StrategicAnalyseso Develop and lead strategicanalyses to drive profitability and growth acrossthe Home Modalities service lines* FinancialPlanning and Analysis (FP&A)o Prepare detailed analyses offinancial results, variance to budget,tracking to forecast, etc. on a monthly,quarterly and annual basiso Assist with annual budgetingprocess, including the opportunity to managethe process for one of the HomeModalities service lineso Assistfinance leaders and other key stakeholders of broader Kidney Careorganizationin reporting and analyses of financial results for Home Modalitiesservicelines* Operational Reportingo Prepare detailed analyses of key clinical operatingdata to measure theongoing performance of the Home Modalities service lines* Other ad hoc financial and operational projects as needed* Expected to travel up to 5% of the timeQualificationsDesired Qualifications Bachelor's degree, quantitative disciplines preferred 3+ years incorporate finance or strategy roles such as investment banking, privateequity, corporate development (M&A) or consulting Prior healthcareexperience preferred Demonstrable knowledge of financial statements, therelationships among them and the underlying business operations theyrepresent Experience with financial modeling including valuation analyses andfinancial forecasting Project Management experience Simultaneously manageand prioritize multiple projects for competing internal clients Assumeownership and accountability for projects, including the timely delivery ofanalyses and the quality of the final work product Stretch "up" and"down" in responsibilities as needed Superior judgment and decisionmaking skills Self-starter with strong work ethic High level of proficiencywith Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Experience withHyperEssential Behaviors, Skills andAttitudes Required for Success in this Position Personal values aligned with DaVita's core values of Service Excellence,Integrity, Team, Continuous Improvement, Accountability, Fulfillmentand Fun Have empathy, consideration and respect for other teammates withthe ability to work alongside individuals from diverse cultural,educational and professional backgrounds Superior analytical abilitiescombined with a high tolerance for ambiguityJoin us as we pursue our vision "To Build the Greatest Healthcare Communitythe World has Ever Seen."Why wait?
