Responsibilities will include making presentations to both individuals and small groups as well as groups of 100 people, or more. You will be presenting to a diverse group of people from students, to house directors, to alumni advisors. The position will require interaction with the operations team to finalize sales details and coordinate special events as required (cookouts, guest dinners, etc.). With the assistance of the marketing department you will be responsible for lead generation and qualification, sales presentations, completing transactions, and transitioning the client to the operations department. You will also be responsible for weekly reporting and inputting all potential clients in a customer resource database. Overnight travel will be required.

The successful candidate will be a very outgoing, engaging person. The individual will have the drive to work independently with limited supervision. Being a member of a fraternity or sorority will enhance success in this role and is preferred but not required. Education at a college or university resulting in an earned bachelor’s degree is required. Enjoyment of event planning, a passion to help customers, and the ability to articulate thoughts effectively, are all traits that will not only make a successful candidate, but also a successful employee.

This is a full time, salaried position that offers base plus commission compensation, and communication allowance. All mileage and travel expenses are paid by the company. Benefits include medical and vision insurance and a 401k retirement savings program with a company match.
