HCA, Hospital Corporation of America Parent's Childbirth Educator - Womens Care - PRN in Denver, Colorado
This position will require working evenings and weekends depending on the class.
Position Summary: The Childbirth Educator demonstrates advanced knowledge and skills in providing education programs for the Childbirth Education Department. Each instructor’s knowledge and skills is pertinent to the class(es) she/he is teaching. The Educator works under the supervision of the Childbirth Education Coordinator and the Nurse Manager. When the need arises, will perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Licensure/Certification/Registration: If relevant, current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse. ASPO/Lamaze certification desired. Certification in childbirth educating courses preferred.
Education: / /High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: Training and/or experience relevant to class(es) taught.
Special Qualifications: Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other team members as well as all internal and external customers.
