We’re searching for a Performance Management Coordinator for a 6 months fixed term contract based in the Global Human Resources function in our Corporate Head Office.

The Performance Management Coordinator is responsible for co-ordinating and managing the end of year annual performance activities through support to the Global Performance Management team.

This role would suit a pro-active, conscientious and attention to detail focussed individual who enjoys working to deadlines and getting tasks done whilst working collaboratively with the wider team. A basic understanding/knowledge of “WorkDay” would be extremely beneficial.

The role & key responsibilities:

  • Workday performance module and downloading and distributing key reports and data during the review period

  • Communicating and sharing with key stakeholders in compensation and benefits / finance / wider HR function relevant information to assist in completing the end of year reviews

  • Supporting the key performance touch points - developing communications, creating and managing the timetable

  • Supporting the work of the performance squad as part of the wider People Enablers to develop, communicate and implement the agreed solutions

What we’re looking for:

This role would suit a talented professional who enjoys keeping busy and wants to develop their skills working on a global scale project. You’ll enjoy taking ownership of work and delivering projects on time and to a high standard.

You’ll have an analytical mindset and have experience working on projects and you’ll be able to digest and analyse a wide range of data from multiple sources, using it to inform proposals and support ideas. You’ll have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

The successful candidate will be highly collaborative, able to build relationships and seeks input from range of stakeholders. They will also be able to work sensitively across different cultures and understand the importance of confidentiality.

Due to the urgency of this role, we’re looking for someone to start as soon as possible, therefore ideally, you’ll be either immediately available or available on short notice.
