### Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in obtaining identification documentation and clothing or tools necessary to begin employment.
  • Transport clients to-from employment interviews and/or work sites.

  • Assist clients with resource identification, pre-employment skill building, data collection, and information management.

  • Clerical duties and/or assist with or facilitate Cognitive Intervention Program, Anger Management, and/or Domestic Violence group(s).

Qualifications & Requirements
  • High School Diploma OR GED equivalent
  • 15 credits post-secondary education
  • A Criminal Background Check may be required for this position subject to Wisconsin law.
  • Hold a valid Driver's License for a minimum of two (2) years with no at-fault accidents.

  • Successfully complete the Department of Corrections (DOC) Van Driver Training.

  • Minimum one (1) year experience in employment support services.

  • Minimum two (2) years' experience providing services to correctional offenders.

  • Six (6) months' experience delivering services to individuals from various racial, religious, and ethnic backgrounds, as well as individuals with a disability.

  • Possess effective group facilitation skills.

  • Effectively use Microsoft Office programs.
