The responsibilities of a Quality Improvement Coordinator include: direct interaction with physicians and their staff at the practice unit level supporting and promoting any and all quality improvement programs for all health plans, such as training and supporting practice unit staff in use of their health plan website portals. The candidate must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. The candidate must also be self-directed, self-motivated, takes job ownership, flexible adaptable, professional in behavior appearance and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
