Registered Nurse – RN – Patient Advocacy Schedule: Monday – Friday Full Time Medical City Hospital Dallas *Exempt Position

The Patient Advocacy RN under the supervision of, and in close collaboration with the Manager of Patient Advocacy and Service Excellence provides support in managing the patient experience by proactively acting on patients’ behalf. The Patient Advocacy RN applies expert communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate with the care team on behalf of patients and families to help ensure a positive patient experience. Supports the procedures and processes required to manage grievances and complaints.
