Work You ll DoManage and deliver components of consumer products industry client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies. Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of projects and provide a single point of contact for those projects. Responsibilities include managing project teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design including scenario design and flow mapping, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures. Define project scope and objectives, organize and lead pursuit teams; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams. Work with teams to deliver and deploy strategy, design, and implementation of customer relationship management, customer experience management and other technology solutions in the digital CRM space. Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Lead team in building persona-based user experience (UX) design. Lead the implementation of agile development methodology, HTML5 / Mobile Development, and Enterprise data architecture. Guide team to design business processes and utilize Microsoft Project and SAP Solution Manager to provide development and support. Lead teams responsible for identifying process improvement areas and building Business Process Management (BPM) business cases and vision diagrams in ARIS. Manage the development of To-Be business documents to identify development objects, build test strategies, test planning and analyze defects.
