Prepare all incoming and outgoing equipment to show site specifications, repair if necessary. Maintain all software updates on images built for all rental equipment. Provide support for all traveling IT Specialist.
Reviews all rental orders in the Inventory Tracking system to prepare all equipment for shipment by specified date.
QC all outgoing equipment including image/ clean all computers, clean desktop monitors, wipe down printers.
Verify all accessories are packed according to the item being shipped.
Consult with other departments within Freeman to complete rental orders accurately and in a timely fashion.
Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences.
Ability to assist non-team members getting equipment ready for shipment.
Responsible for keeping the Digital Services area of the warehouse organized with large amounts of equipment incoming and outgoing on a daily basis.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum of one year experience in a computer support position.
Must have A+, Network+ certification or demonstrated qualifying experience.
Symantec Ghost experience a PLUS.
Strong sense of customer service
Proficient computer hardware / software installation
Good organizational skills
High School Diploma or GED
Fort lift experience preferred
