Citizens Bank Project Analyst in Cranston, Rhode Island

Description

The BS Project Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with the Business Services Project managers and divisions across Business Services; Corporate Security and Resiliency, Property, Supply Chain Services, Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO) as well as with our Technology partners as appropriate. The primary focus is to ensure the Project managers are adhering to the Enterprise Change Framework and all deliverables are clearly documented and stored appropriately. Individual will assist where necessary as an analyst, i.e., assist with development of business requirements, validating delivery of benefits, and collaborating on functional specifications.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Self- motivated individual with 3+ years of project management experience

  • In-depth knowledge and proven application of project management methodologies and full project life cycle including documentation standards, risk, issue, assumption and dependency management and change controls process

  • Ability to create and foster a climate of adding value in delivering projects by striving for excellence and contributing to the overall development of change management

Desired Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience managing business and technology specificprojects in large financial services firms

  • Ability to influence experience at senior levels within an organization

Educati on /Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred

Hours & Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 8:00-5:00

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
