Omnicell, Inc. Pricing Analyst in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania
Omnicell has a dynamic opportunity for a Pricing Analyst located in Cranberry, PA. The Analyst will play a critical role in the facilitation of the company’s sales initiatives. This dynamic role will be part of the Sales Operations Team and will work extensively with the direct sales force, finance, and marketing. We are looking for individuals with strong financial/business acumen, high-impact communication, excellent assignment and resource management skills. You will also need to effectively manage commercial discussions, be an active learner, and be able to build and maintain trusting relationships.
This role will be responsible for driving deal profitability, assisting with complex deal structuring, contract cycle & sales velocity acceleration.
Consultative collaboration on complex deal structuring, trade negotiations, and non-standards.
Manage contract negotiations, price offerings, ensure the adherence of revenue recognition guidelines
Assist with orchestration of leasing, 3rd Party Financing opportunities and Lender relationships
Driving accelerated contract cycle time and regional profitability metrics
Ensuring appropriate GPO price lists are being used for applicable transactions
Review and approve opportunities and pricing in accordance with the company’s CNBM
Managing and housing cross-functional deal review groups
Complete and assist teams with deal P&L analysis and review
Track and analyze region contract cycle time, sales velocity and sales productivity trends
Talent & career development – training and various cross-functional opportunities
Provide insight and guidance on initial pricing and pricing tools, new product contracting
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify process improvement needs
Provide insight towards annual marketing product plans, programs, budgeting
Continuous Process Improvement Initiatives
Collaboration with Sales, Finance, Marketing regarding trending, analysis, and customer buying behaviors
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to convey clear, concise messages to internal and external customers
Ability to understand and learn the technical accounting rules regarding revenue recognition
Proficient at executing multiple concurrent/competing priorities
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple functions and diverse personality styles
Ability to lead, influence, negotiate and problem solve
Ability to review and articulate capital and operational transactions.
Proficient at Microsoft Office products
Strategic agility and strong analytical skills
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales operations function, finance or accounting field
Sales operations, finance or accounting exposure in a healthcare manufacturing environment
Salesforce.com and SAP
Experience in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
10% travel possible
