The Coldwell Banker Polaris office is seeking a full time Marketing Coordinator.The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the creative production of promotional materials, and the seamless coordination of marketing and advertising requests for sales associates within their brokerage office / department, while maintaining a personable, team-oriented and professional disposition. This position will also assist with planning and hosting company events throughout the year.


  • Assist sales associates with creating personalized marketing campaigns and creative marketing collateral while complying with brand identity standards and division license law.

  • Coordinate, edit and proofread ads and marketing pieces as requested by sales agents.

  • Materials may include Ads, postcards, ecards, resume, business cards, flyers, trifolds, facebook cover, esignature, headers/footers, custom yard signs

  • Design and produce promotional materials including mailers, fliers, eBlasts, postcards, and brochures – customized or via marketing services vendor.

  • Prepare and deliver marketing presentations to sales associates (in meetings or one-on-one).

  • Accurately record and track expenses, review and file invoices and process payments.

  • Manage marketing inventory, equipment, and supplies.

  • Create miscellaneous advertising projects per management request such as special initiatives for sales associates or company events.

  • Event planning responsibilities including venue research and scheduling, budgeting, vendor relations, and photography

  • Events may include award ceremonies, team building events, and fundraisers

  • Other duties as assigned by management to assist in the operation of the office/department.


  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising or Graphic Design

  • 2-3 years related experience

  • Strong computer skills including the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Publisher, and Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Tech-savvy and willingness to learn new systems quickly

  • Ability to support the company brand identity in a creative manner

  • Strong customer service and writing skills

  • Real Estate exposure a plus
