Cross LOB risk management, governance and oversight for digital platform, digital marketing and social media activities.

  • Evaluate new concepts and existing products / services to ensure that risks are identified and mitigated through work with sub-LOB control partners

  • Monitor emerging technology and industry threats for developing risks

  • Partner with Control function as SME

  • Collaborate with the sub-LOBs in defining and interpreting key metrics

  • Understand platform specific products / services

  • Maintain working knowledge of downstream controls outside of Digital or Social Media that are used to mitigate inherent risk

  • Collaborate and build partnerships with LOB risk managers, technologists and product and marketing managers as established SME

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in risk, control or audit function

  • 5-7 years financial industry background

  • 3 years’ experience with digital/mobile banking, payments and/or other emerging technologies

  • Ability to work effectively with both business and technically oriented individuals

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Critical thinking skills

  • Familiarity with process engineering and root cause analysis

  • Detail oriented

  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines and priorities

  • Minimum of Bachelor Degree or relevant work experience
