Centralized Transaction Operations IT (CTO IT) delivers timely solutions using the best design and implementation tools, including Service Oriented Architecture, Business Application Monitoring and Business Process Management, in order to continuously improve business processes while taking an outside-in, customer-centric perspective.

You will help provide quality technology solutions that address line of business needs by managing projects, writing Pega applications, developing stored procedures and general SQL programs and developing and documenting technical requirements. You will learn Pega applications in this role.

Specifically the role requires you to:

-- Develop Pega / Java applications

-- Develop Stored Procedures/SQL

-- Documenting technical requirements, process flows and other artifacts as necessary

-- Manage one or more Projects simultaneously

-- Provide status reports and written feedback on progress made

Qualifications

  • Excellent analytical, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills coupled with a strong work ethic.

  • 1 year experience with full development lifecycle from inception to implementation (SDLC or Agile)

  • 1 year of Pega application experience or Java development experience

  • 1 year Unix/Linux experience

  • 1 year relational database/SQL experience

  • Experience with application server technology (Websphere preferred)

  • Demonstrated knowledge of data modeling and Java class structures

  • Experience in web concepts (HTML, JavaScript, XML, AJAX, JSP)

  • Knowledge of Object Oriented development concepts

  • Knowledge of Web Vulnerability analysis and Secure Coding concepts

  • Knowledge of database stored procedures (PL/SQL)

  • The ability to work well with others
