Job Description

Under direct supervision, the Customer Support Co-op will be responsible for responding to, diagnosing and repairing IT related problems. This includes problem recognition, research, isolation and resolution steps. Some typical duties are: Resolve basic problems while referring more complex problems to intermediate and senior level management Use problem management database and help desk systems Extract data to support IT operational reporting needs, performance metrics, and fulfilling other ad-hoc query requests as needed. Utilize Company systems and database as needed to develop reports to facilitate and present data for management review. This co-op opportunity will be staffed by students who have had sufficient educational background and experience. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications

Must be enrolled in a co-op program at an accredited college/university with an IT related major Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher Must be working toward an IT relatable major from an accredited university Basic knowledge of MS Office products Basic knowledge of MS Operating Systems (Windows XP) Desired Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, COBOL, Networking, Database, VB, Java, SQL, C and VB.NET. Excellent written and oral communication skills Must be customer service oriented Must be a team player and have the ability to work alone Must be a self starter Job: Administration
