Coordinates a variety of general office activities in the support of office administration for an Asset Services Managing Director responsible for a mid-sized to large local market area (LMA) or Asset Services Strategic Account. Provides complex services and manages a variety of departmental and financial activities.


  • Provides administrative and financial support to the Asset Services line of business for a major market, city or strategic account.

  • Coordinates budget preparation, reporting and preparation and control of records, statistics and reports regarding operations, personnel changes, etc.

  • Prepare, reviews and monitors monthly reports including AR, income, EBITDA, pipeline and business metrics to identify trends.

  • Oversee administrative functions for programs, projects and/or processes specific to the operating unit served.

  • Coordinate, monitor and oversee submission of reports/request deadlines.

  • Compile and/or review statistics and market data required for acquisitions, transitions and proposals.

  • Oversees the processing of submitting paperwork and equipment set up of staff cubicles for new hires within the department/office.

  • Prepares correspondence, reports and presentation materials for management review.

  • Ensure that department procedures are consistent with systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer and disposal of departmental records.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.


  • No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.

  • Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers.

  • Coordinates and assigns tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.

Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent from four year college or university plus minimum of three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Accounting or business analytics background preferred.


Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.


Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.


Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.


Focus on problem solving, mathematical analysis and project management. Knowledge of accounting and business law and human resources helpful. Advanced Microsoft Office software skills.


Decisions made with thorough knowledge of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
