Large medical organization in the Chattanooga area is looking for a Compensation Benefits Specialist to assist their office as they experience growth. This company has been experiencing exponential growth and this position is temporary with an expectation of becoming full time with the right candidate! - Daily tasks within this position may include assisting in the hiring and training process of new staff members, in depth knowledge of Benefits Statements with the ability to explain and assist with individual eligibility, maintain benefit and vendor systems by entering and updating participant information, and other duties as assigned. - Previous experience managing employee and company benefits is required. Candidates must have strong technical abilities and excellent interpersonal communication skills.   • 2+ years of experience assisting or managing Benefit Statements

  • Previous experience in a training role is encouraged
