Posting Summary:

The Robert M. Berne Cardiovascular Research Center (CVRC) is currently seeking an Intermediate Administrative Coordinator to support the Center Director, COO, and the staff of the Robert M. Berne Cardiovascular Research Center. Incumbent provides general to advanced administrative management and coordination to support office operations including, but not limited to: procurement, fiscal and HR generalist administration; arranging business travel, scheduling meetings, and supporting agenda management and expense tracking; reviewing and answering correspondence, as well as screening callers and visitors, which may include confidential matters; maintaining electronic files and producing reports; and providing administrative support for special projects as needed.

Qualified applicants must have High School Diploma or equivalent. An Associate's Degree is preferred. A minimum four years of prior administrative experience required. A Bachelor's Degree may substitute for experience. General knowledge of Internet research tools and proficient understanding and use of MS Office capabilities, especially using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.

This position is restricted and contingent upon the continuation of funding.
