Description:

This is a hands-on position within a small team that supports the maintenance and operation of a system that provides significant processing and storage capacity to a disbursed user base. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who possesses a strong desire to learn and pursue solutions to problems with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have an active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph

  • Mid-level experience with storage systems (SAN, NAS), Cisco Switches, IBM Domino Server, Linux RHEL, and CentOS

  • Expert experience with Windows 7 and Windows Server 2012

  • Moderate experience with domain controllers, domains/trusts, DNS, DHCP, Fileservers, Shares, Access Controls, GPOs

  • Moderate experience in Virtualization and a background with Hyper-V, failover clustering, VDI, Citrix applications, Xen Desktop, and Citrix Receiver

  • Moderate experience with SQL Server including the installation and configuration of standalone and clustered instances

  • Experience implementing sound Certification and Accreditation (C&A) practices to include System Security Plans (SSPs) as required by the customer

  • Domain Controllers, SCCM, SCOM, SCDPM, Hyper-V, Failover Clustering, and VDI

  • Establish/maintain user accounts and perform related user problems in a timely and professional manner

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent work experience

  • 5-7 years of overall related experience

  • Experience with Web technology – hosting web sites, related services, and certificate administration

  • Experience with Microsoft System Center – SCCM, SCOM, and SCVM

  • Experience with McAfee applications - ePO, DLP, Agents, VirusScan Enterprise

  • Ability and willingness to create and/or maintain SOPs, security documentation, and related reference information
