TASC, an Engility Company is seeking a motivated, dedicated and energetic Mid-level Program Control Analyst (PCA) to support programs within the Intelligence Community in our Chantilly, VA office. The ideal candidatewill participate in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting on multiple projects of varying contract type, size, complexity, and level of risk. He/She shall have significant interface with Project Managers, Contract Management staff, Senior Technical Personnel, as well as other functional organizations. Duties may include contract accounting and reporting, project cost analysis, tracking annual fiscal plans and monthly forecast updates, purchasing, and other financial analysis. Maintain contract budgets, track burn rate and fund request, support contract-billing, estimate other direct costs, and supporting project management teams with ad hoc analysis. May support labor and travel administration and purchases of equipment and supplies as related to contract requirements. Will likely manage a portfolio of contracts, IDIQ with multiple task orders, or large single award contracts
Position duties will include, but are not limited to:
Preparation of financial internal/external reports to include Annual Operating Plan, Monthly Sales Forecasts, EACs/ETCs, WBS setup, charging practice determinations, purchase requisitions, monitoring subcontractor costs, review/approve/track subcontractor invoices, and prepare customer invoice backup documentation.
Interface with contract, subcontract, contract accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing organizations, pricing as well as Program Managers, Corporate Line Management, and external customers.
Candidate will ensure compliance with all Engility policies, internal controls, disclosed practices and contractual requirements.
Perform analyses and prepare reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed- upon parameters and cost control guidelines.
Participate in the preparation of budgets and schedules for contract work and performs and/or assists in financial analyses such as revenue, cost, profit, billed/unbilled, UR, and other variance analysis.
Review Request for Proposals (RFPs) and prepare pricing models.
Ensure adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, and preparing expenditure projections, and working with Contracts to submit timely requests for additional funding to the government.
Bachelor’s degree in finance or related area.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (mainly Excel)
Experience in accounting system Costpoint
3-9 years of experience in government contracting concentrated in a financial support
Demonstrate knowledge of contract types (CPAF, CPFF, LOE, FPLOE, FFP, T&M, IDIQs, etc).
Track record of delivering well-organized and accurate work
Act as a change agent, challenge the status quo
Ability to obtain a security clearance if necessary
