TASC, an Engility Company is seeking Sr. level personnel to serve as
Engagement Representative (ER) to support intelligence community customer in Chantilly, VA.
Personnel will be stationed on site in Chantilly VA with approximately two days per work week on-site at Langley VA. Personnel will be responsible for enhancing the Agency’s use of overhead (OH) sensor data by linking user’s needs to potential solutions.
Responsible Include, but are not limited to the following:
Directly responsible for providing the Agency with the most in depth, current information on national systems capabilities, tools and applications.
Facilitates and leads IC customer’s coordinated response to identified Agency engagement requests for intelligence information, system education and training needs. Responsible for supporting the development of the Agency’s school house training activities and customer engagement strategies, objectives, plans and schedules.
Responsible for presenting and defending customer engagement strategic plans to Government senior leadership for approval.
Responsible for generating weekly activity reports that capture and highlight major customer engagement events and identifying what customer engagement strategic objectives were addressed or accomplished.
Responsible for seeking ways to address customer's capability gaps with OH solutions; Identify Agency needs/formal requirements and feed this information into HQs Chantilly IC customer offices for evaluation and assessment
Assist the Agency in understanding OH capabilities and limitations; arrange for OH sensor education and training to be provided to Agency staff personnel and operators
Facilitate integration of OH products and services into Agency architectures and operations
Coordinate weekly IC customer CRM internal working groups assessing and evaluating CRM standards and metrics relating to customer satisfaction
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
Education /Experience: Technical Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of field experience in the field of OH sensor systems or related fields, or 15 years of experience in OH sensor activities or related fields
Minimal of two years working in the IC
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high energy, high visibility workplace environment
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Must have demonstrated presentation skills and experience interfacing with the customer
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Position requires a proactive, self-starting, independent, flexible engineer with excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to be productive with little supervision
Must have an active TS/SCI clearance able to obtain Poly
