Develops procedures and supervises the preparation, documentation and disbursement of all payroll checks, payroll taxes and employee benefit payments. Evaluates current systems and recommends and develops operating efficiency improvements. Monitors and ensures proper documentation of employee benefit payments. Prepares reports illustrating payroll expenditures including such items as tax payments and benefit plan disbursements. Conducts payroll analyses.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure compensation and benefits standards comply with company policies and/or other regulations or legislation.

  • Manage compensation & benefits operations (e.g. benefits, insurance, annual salary review, performance bonus etc.).

  • Handling the compensation and benefits, personnel data, time attendance records, leave of absence, HRIS, payroll and man-hour reports for all employees.

  • Monitor reviews of compensation and benefits packages to maintain market positioning.

  • Assist in job evaluations and the annual merit process and bonus payout and other awards.

  • Analyze, review, recommend, and obtain approval for changes to compensation and benefits at the level.

  • Take on ad-hoc benefits projects as assigned

  • Coordinate with payroll agency for conducting all payroll functions including those relating to Personnel Income Tax, Provident Fund and the Social Security Fund for all staff to make sure accuracy of payment.

  • To make sure that the employees data and record updated in SAP system, Module; Compensation & Benefit

  • Applying compensation & benefits policies and communicating them to all employees.

  • Conducting various other tasks as assigned by the Manager.Job Qualification:

  • Knowledge:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Social Security law, Income Tax Calculation and Practices

  • Basic Thai Labor Law

  • Compensation Philosophy, practices, principles and program administrationSkills:

    • Good interpersonal and communications skills.
  • SAP System

  • MS Office especially Excel
