Raytheon Supply Chain MPM Specialist in Burlington, Massachusetts

This is a temporary position for Raytheon. This individual will be responsible for supporting Program Supply Chain Management (PSCM) activities for the Sensors and Effectors business area within the Product Support sub mission area of Raytheon Intelligence Information and Services. In this role you will work closely with and support the lead Program Supply Chain Manager and will interact with both the IIS and Integrated Defense Systems (IDS) Program Management Offices. In this role you will report on and monitor Key Performance Indicators including but not limited to program placement plans, outstanding requisitions, open purchase orders and deliverable materials and values, supplier On Time Delivery and past due dollars. You will support material sales forecasting including supplier follow up as required to insure forecast accuracy and financial commitments are met and will validate as requires SCM EAC inputs for your assigned program. Additionally, as required, you will support the development of customer proposals including insuring that required supporting proposals are obtained. This position will be based out of Burlington, MA. Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience: • Some knowledge of US government and defense market supply chain activities. • Strong project management skills. • Demonstrated ability to effectively work in an Integrated Program Team (IPT) environment. • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to combine and analyze disparate data (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, etc). • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project). • General understanding of Earned Value Management (EVMS). Desired Knowledge, Skills and Experience: • Prior Military Experience is a plus. Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience (Bachelor Degree = 8 years of additional applicable experience) Other Requirements (Clearance, travel): The ability to travel domestically as may be required.
