In this high-profile role, the Clinical Educator will deliver standardized training programs for clinical staff to enhance quality of care provided. Training ensures adherence to company policies and procedures and compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelines. You will collaborate with the core care team to assess quality and provide clinical training programs to facilitate standardized delivery of services and provide optimal outcomes for member patients.
What you'll be doing:
Assess the organization’s clinical and regulatory educational needs.
Collaborate with Clinical Operations and Medical Management to develop standardized materials for training purposes.
Provide continuing training, track attendance, and work collaboratively to identify areas of improvement for training initiatives.
Deliver EMR systems training.
Deliver clinical skills training.
Conduct Quality Improvement Audits to assess Landmark’s clinical staff educational needs and service quality.
Provide clear and timely verbal and written feedback to team members and management.
Maintain cooperative and effective workplace relationships and adhere to company Code of Conduct.
Acts as an information and problem solving resource for clinical staff members.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
May require up to 50% travel

What we're looking for:
Requires active Advanced Practice practitioner (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) license
Five or more years of health care experience with two or more years in healthcare training
Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent education and experience
Experience with developing Learning Management System training modules is a plus.
Knowledge of adult educational/learning theory and practice.
Work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
Knowledge of applicable state, and federal regulations.
Skilled at establishing and maintaining positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers and customers.
Computer skills and experienced user of Microsoft Office software preferred.
