Specialization and Resell Program Lead
The Oracle Partner Program requires the support of the Oracle Sales and
Partner Academy to train, qualify and certify partner individuals who
architect, sell, integrate and implement Oracle solutions. Within the
Academy team, the Partner Competency Team is recruiting a Specialization and Resell Program Lead to build and maintain the programs by which Oracle
measures partner enablement. This worldwide role, reporting to the
director of Partner Competency will have the following requirements:
Define enablement and resell requirements to support the defined OPN program strategy
Ensure delivery of training resources for Oracle partners programs,
Discover new opportunities and enhance processes in order to streamline operations and existing project framework.
Workto establish oneself as a trusted business advisor, providing essentialbusiness operational support with accountability to Oracle global andregional business needs.
Engage key stakeholders from other lines of business to form oversight / governance Committees
Define solution specialization/resell criteria with oversight committee participation
Map appropriate products to resell systems with Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) sales ops team and communicate.
Work with the Instructional Designers to create audience profiles and blueprints for the competency requirements
Obtain the necessary approvals to initiate the projects and submit therequests to Project Management Office to manage the creation of thetraining assets
Create/maintain the systems records forspecializations and resell programs (Oracle Fusion, SpecializationCatalog, OPN Competency platform, Specialization Readiness APEX);
Review, update and create portal pages and assets, for internal and external (OPN Portal) audiences
Monitor and report on the performance of the specializations and resell programs; leverage reporting team to do so
Manage the life cycle of the specializations (qualifying,non-qualifying, criteria updates) and initiative project update whererelevant
Manage and maintain content on the Knowledge Zones (OPN Website.)
Act as a liaison with various business units to ascertain partnertraining needs and requirements that complement new product launches andgo-to-market initiatives (e.g. webcasts, boot camps, PAC);
Act as the key contact for product learning and development teams to resolve stakeholders’ queries.
Participate in calls for OPN, product development, and regional updates.
Maintain full accuracy of data to ensure the proper functionality of resell rights validation
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and to work in virtual teams
Demonstrated effective planning and organizing skills, with ability to manage multiple work assignments
