Archcare Regional Office Administrator in Brooklyn, New York
The Regional Office Administrator is responsible for directing the activities in the local office as related to CHHA and for ensuring that such services are in accord with Agency policies and procedures. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, planning, directing, supervising, evaluating and implementing measures to assure that services are provided at quality levels consistent with professional standard and Agency goals.
Carries out the agency’s mission, philosophy, goals and objectives within guidelines of Agency policy and position function.
Interprets and implements Agency mission and philosophy to local office staff and the community.
Plans, directs and as appropriate supervises the delivery of Agency services and programs in the local office including establishing and developing local systems and procedures relevant to the provision of CHHA services.
Assures local office implementation of Agency policy and procedures, monitors compliance with them and participates in evaluating, recommending, and developing revisions or additions to same.
Responsible for supervising a large management and other staff; providing guidance, mentoring, training and feedback on a regular basis.
Implements the service record and reporting system and directs efforts to insure accuracy, proper service control and data collection.
Develops priorities for service when conditions and resource limitations require.
In collaboration with the DPS, establishes goals for the ongoing development and implementation of local programs that are supportive of total Agency policy, goals and resources.
Assists the Director Quality and Compliance tin the maintenance of Agency certification, licensure and accreditation.
NYS license to practice as a registered professional nurse.
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.
Master’s Degree in Public Health with a nursing major or a Master’s Degree in nursing with specialization in community health nursing preferred.
Five years of progressively responsible supervisory/administrative experience in a community health agency or related experience.
Three years of progressively responsible supervisory/administrative experience in a community health agency.
Current Driver’s License, required insurance and car available for work as required.
