Position Description

We are currently looking to add a Global Mobility Analyst to our Corporate Human Resources Department. Under the general supervision of the Director-HR Regulatory Compliance, the Global Mobility Analyst will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the company's domestic and international relocation programs. The position assists with the program management of the Company’s Global Mobility and Compliance functions with a strong emphasis on immigration and international assignment administration.

*Essential Job Responsibilities: *

Duties included, but not limited to, the following:

  • Day to day management of B-1 business visitor compliance program

  • Liaise with Immigration partner to assess global business travel and immigration requirements

  • Initiate all domestic relocation authorizations with third-party vendor

  • Work with internal groups such as payroll for assignment allowance processing and providing tax instructions

  • Maintain all Public Access Files for foreign nationals

  • Assist Global Mobility Specialists with PERM recruiting process for US green card cases

  • Monitor I-9 and e-Verify compliance

  • Review and process invoices, and track Costs

  • Generate reports and analyze data as requested. Retain copies of all assignment transfer and documentation.

  • Assist Global Mobility Specialists with creation and maintenance of training materials and other program materials

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:


  • Associates’ Degree; Bachelor’s Degree (Highly Preferred)

Job Related Experience:

  • 0-3 years’ Experience working with Domestic/Global Mobility or Immigration programs

  • 0-3 years’ experience working with domestic or global mobility vendors

Additional Skills/Knowledge:

  • Understanding of immigration and international tax concepts

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask

  • Strong Microsoft Word. Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint skills

  • Customer Service Orientation

  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

  • CRP or GMS certification

  • PHR, SPHR, GPHR certification
