Kelly Services Financial Analyst in Bridgewater, New Jersey
Our client, a top international Pharmaceutical/CPG manufacturer, is currently seeking a Financial Analyst for a 3 month contract with the potential to extend. The position is located in Bridgewater, New Jersey.

The hours for this position are as follows
- Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay Rate= $28.66-$31.85/hour
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
Responsible for providing financial support to the EQS Project Teams
Support the quarter close process to include: o Communicate closing requirements to project teams o Prepare journal entries and other transactions required to record and report project costs o Prepare charge-out of Quality Systems expenses to the company’s affiliates o Prepare required reclasses between capital and expense per Worldwide Procedures o Prepare quarter end accruals and other transactions necessary to close the quarter books o Review and accept charge-ins from the company’s affiliates
Support Quarterly reporting requirements for Quality Systems to include: o Collect and consolidate financial results for each Quality Systems project and total Quality Systems o Prepare budget versus actual reports for each Quality Systems project and total Quality Systems o Provide basic commentary on the drivers of the change in actual versus budget o Support preparation of standard quarterly reports
o Prepare ad-hoc reporting to support management reviews of quarterly financial results
You are required to have a Bachelor's Degree (Finance OR Accounting) coupled with a minimum of 2 years of finance, accounting or related business experience. You must have Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (i.e. Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions). To be considered for this position you must have experience working with general ledgers and supporting month/quarter closings required.
