Curriculum Designer- National Contact Center *
Create and design curriculum for non-clinical Patient Care Liaisons.
Summary Of Key Responsibilities:
Works to create the content of training matrices for all non-clinical NCCM Agents. Is constantly interfacing with the trainers, Service Line Leaders, Operations Managers, and Contact Center Directors to understand the training needs and to understand the needs of Patient Care Liaisons and the Data Team. Is a constant facilitator of the training activities and its content and continuously works to improve it. Is the hub of training content with a complete understanding of its effectiveness in the Contact Centers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conducts needs assessments using a variety of strategic tools
Assists learners in the assessment of needs and identification of outcomes
Incorporates principles of adult learning in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of education programs
Plans, develops, disseminates, and maintains materials for use in educational programs for accuracy and relevance to the target audience
Identifies and evaluates instructional materials in all types of media and formats
Research, design and implement interactive training platforms to be used across the enterprise
Functions as Healthstream Administrator
The position requires completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, or an associated field.
5 years’ experience training in a healthcare or related environment
1-3 years of experience as a curriculum designer preferred
