Job Description: Assist with training activities including, but not limited to:scheduling , coordinating, presenting, employee training; maintainingjob position curriculum, filing paper-based training records. Logging/trending/reporting employee training. Archive paper-based training records. Utilize electronic training system to trend/report training compliance;create/maintain electronic job-position curricula in the electronic trainingsystem; assign appropriate training profiles in the electronic trainingsystem to new and current employees; assist with configurations ofelectronic training system to meet business needs. Assist the Document Control personnel in routine functions, including butnot limited to: Transmittal and tracking of technical and controlled documentation sentto clients for approval and for reference. Reviewing documents undergoing approval for conformance to documentationstandards and document format as specified in the documentation StandardOperating Procedures. Imaging of controlled documents for electronic archival; documentationpreparation for off-site archival. Using electronic document management system and paper-based system tocontrol electronic versions of documents. Issuing production batch and formulation records and logbooks. Assist with government and client audits by providing requested documentsto auditors and answering questions related to employee training and/orDocument Control functions. Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks asassigned.Job Requirements: Associate s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college ortechnical school; or six months to one year related experience and/ortraining; or equivalent combination of education and experience.KBI Biopharma, Inc. is an EEO/AA employer and actively seeks to diversifyits work force.
