We are looking for a Service Resource Admin in our Northwest Region in the Bothell, WA office of Hub International Limited. This role requires an individual who is professional and who displays the drive, determination, and self-motivation to provide excellent customer service. Specifically, your mission will be to issue insurance certificates and provide all other support required by the service team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process certificates of insurance for new and existing clients on daily basis in timely manner and as requested;

  • Coordinate the certificate renewal needs with Assistant Account Managers and Account Managers;

  • Complete renewal certificates verifying required information (certificate holder lists, endorsements, policy information, etc.);

  • Maintain, track and submit contractor’s license renewals to L&I through website for certificate accounts;

  • Prepare certificate logs and certificate binders for renewal;

  • Maintain certificate in Epic/CSR24;

  • Scanning, copying and filing as needed;

  • Act as back-up person for other SRA’s in the Certificate Department Provides switchboard support, when needed

  • Other reasonable duties as assigned by your supervisor

Work Experience Requirements

  • Experience with issuing Insurance Certificates, or experience in Commercial Insurance desired

  • Flexibility to process certificates on an as needed basis, same day basis

  • Excellent customer service;

  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to meet strict deadlines

  • Effective communication and inter-personal skills

  • Must be detail oriented;

  • Strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required
