Job Description The Cyber-Security Leader will lead the standardization and interoperability across cyber and physical security systems. This leader will serve as a security expert and advisor for all teams by evaluating all current systems and processes and ensuring proper data security practices are in place. Primary Responsibilities Develop and manage a strategic company-wide security vision and roadmap (physical and cyber solutions) to ensure cyber and physical security of all enterprise systems, applications and data Serve as security SME by investigating the latest solutions available and ensure the most efficient and effective security solutions and practices are in place which prevent unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification or disruption Assist all internal teams with the identification, evaluation and mitigation of physical and cyber security risks Oversee the operations of the enterprise's security solutions including oversight of vulnerability audits and assessments Implement monitoring processes to detect threats and identify potential future risks Oversee security event investigating and auditing of all systems and security policies Manage communications and expectations with stakeholders Information security and data security management including privacy, integrity assurance and regulatory compliance Computer Emergency Response Team / Computer Security Incident Response Team Procedures and polices around IT investigations, digital forensics, eDiscovery Disaster recovery and business continuity management Global IT security policies (deployment and training) Responding to customer/prospect InfoSec questionnaires Other duties as assigned Skills & Requirements Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work related experience Security related certification preferred : CISSP, GIAC or CISM 5+ years of experience leading physical and cyber security practices (including managing / conducting security audits for both custom built and 3rd party applications) Experience defining, implementing and auditing information security policies and procedures Experience expanding the usage of physical and cyber security monitoring tools Experience with physical and cyber incide
