Office Depot Director, Field Operations, Sales and Services in Boca Raton, Florida

Responsibilities:

The Director, Field Operations will partner with corporate and field leaders to support, improve and execute inititatves at a high level. This position will provide leadership to the field operations support team and is accountable for the execution of day to day Company standards and store processes. Ensure the implementation of policies and practices that promote efficiency and effectiveness of operations. This position will standardize operating procedures, optimize processes and measure metric goals and achievement. Works directly with cross functional teams (Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, IT, Finance and HR).

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

Other Information:

  • Operations Management, Business Administration

  • 7-10 years in related field

  • This position requires knowledge of Retail Operational Processes, Retail Store Leadership and data analysis
