2017 Summer Internship – Consolidated LabWe are seeking a highly motivated summer intern to work in our fast paced diversified organization supporting our Consolidated Lab. Our undergraduate summer internships are a great way to gain confidence, sharpen your skills and make a difference. An internship with Aetna can prepare you for a great career with our organization. Our program starts on Monday, June 5th and ends on Friday, August 11th and will be offered out of our Hartford, CT and Blue Bell, PA offices. The program is open to students actively pursuing an undergraduate degree with an anticipated graduation date that is after the end of our program (December 2017+ graduates).

Lead assessments and formal customer feedback to be requested at time of key project completion points for:Mobile Environment & Testing AssistanceMicrosoft Security Patch UpgradesProvide back-up to Customers Demo Area & Brainstorming Session NeedsLab Inventory Re-validationLab BIOS Assessment of Existing Inventory (Phase 1)Lab BIOS Updates for Out-of-Date Devices (Phase 2)Review/Update of Core Customer Service Units Methods & Procedures DocumentationBackground/ExperienceAbility to work independentlyExcellent oral and written communication skillsOrganizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentDemonstrate analytical thinking skills Overall GPA of 3.3+ (Required)Proficiency with MS Office products
EducationThe highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.
