Position Responsibilities\Requirements

Maintain Productivity (80%), Accuracy (99.5% minimum) and Speed (11,000 minimum keystrokes) targets each month

Respectfully follow the guidelines and instructions of senior mentors, team leads and managers in regard to department policies

Enter time into timecard system within designated guidelines

Maintain 99.5% keying accuracy

Security Policies: Comply with HIPAA, Global Corporate Compliance regulations, and client regulations. Complete any compliance training courses in the required timeframe. Adhere company policies regarding equipment and facilities.

Proven ability to type with accuracy and speed (required)

Experience with healthcare insurance claims is desired

Must present a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Must be able to work independently and communicate effectively and professionally.

Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions, producing desired results.

Must be able to work overtime as requested (typically within Monday - Friday).

High School Diploma or GED is a minimum requirement.
