As an Incubate Sales Representative you will be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets with established accounts and new doors. With these accounts you will develop and execute business strategies, including semi-annual account business plans and quarterly revenue targets. You should display an understanding of our consumers in the street style & fashion arena and a passion for the sneakers industry we serve – performing market research and summarizing feedback to share.

Key Responsibilities

  • So first off, you’ll lead the development of account plans for an existing customer base thru close collaboration and need to achieve quarterly business goals.

  • You’ll execute cross-functional milestones within the Converse game plan calendar to deliver best in class consumer experiences for early adopters and sneaker lovers across AGS’s key cities.

  • By ensuring best presentation of stories and product at incubate retailers you will help to manage the marketplace and diversify the Converse look and feel for our consumers.

You will work close with sales management and constantly monitor your account portfolio – onboarding new accounts that fit the incubate strategy where appropriate. Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years’ relevant sales, category management or marketing experience with specific footwear & apparel product as well as market knowledge.

  • Very deep understanding of recent consumer trends in Fashion are strongly preferred.

  • A love of Sneaker Culture.

  • Ability to craft and drive the execution of strategic product and distribution plans.

  • You should be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

  • Availability to travel to assigned accounts up to 40% of the time.

  • You need to have a Bachelor or higher. Can be compensated by relevant work experience.
