Efinancial Policy Issue Specialist in Bellevue, Washington
As a Policy Issue Specialist, your biggest responsibility will be to finalize transactions with our customers and facilitate their commitment in order to activate their life insurance policy. This is the last step the customer has to complete before you have helped them change their family’s future for the better.
Call customers who have received their policy in order to facilitate a commitment to complete the process by activating the policy
Be a closer and call clients in order to gain commitment and/or re-quote them for a different policy in order to close the deal and make them a proud life insurance policyholder
Utilize your superior sales techniques to call on suspended cases to persuade them to complete their final few steps to gain financial security for their loved ones
Other projects as assigned by supervisor to assist the Policy Issue Department

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Previous sales experience required.
CallCenter experience is highly desired.
