Payroll Specialist Location National Ministry Offices Address 337 South Meridian Street Belle Plaine, Minnesota 56011 Description The Lutheran Home Association is seeking a full-time Payroll Specialist to process payroll in a timely and accurate manner. Responsibilities include inputting employee data and updating information to the payroll and timekeeping systems, running bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees, producing reports and W2s, auditing data for accuracy, and assisting with various administrative duties. Candidate must be extremely detail-oriented, organized and possess excellent customer service skills. General office, bookkeeping, accounting or payroll experience is required. Must have strong computer skills and be proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook. A working knowledge of Microsoft Great Plains and CeleriTime software is a plus.
