All areas of responsibility listed below are essential to the satisfactory performance of this position in support of theC2ISR Division, Network Infrastructure Branch (AFLCMC/HBGS), with reasonable accommodation, if necessary.


  • Provide project management support for the Network Infrastructure Branch, subordinate organizations, managers and staff.

  • Manage and track recurring and priority requests for information to include: action items, data calls, and submission suspenses.

  • Analyze project tracking systems and evaluate activities and tasks for currency, applicability, sequence, interdependency, duration, and alignment with program/project milestones.

  • Coordinate closely with customer on issues surrounding schedule, telecons, Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs), Program Management Reviews and Conferences (if applicable).

  • Prepare and format correspondence, reports, briefings, meeting minutes and other content drafted by management, technical personnel and other staff and assist in providing graphics support and illustrations for incorporation in documents.

  • Prepare, arrange, coordinate, communicate, and execute business meetings, conferences and other events. May require coordination and communication with other U.S. Government agencies and contractor companies.

  • Transmit documents and data files, provide electronic records management and document and data repository support, and manage document coordination workspace.

  • Support Weekly Activity report (WAR), Monthly Activity Report (MAR), Award Fee,WESand other acquisition related activities.

  • Analyze problems that arise in the performance of tasks and recommend solutions.

  • Manage the AF DCGS (Hanscom) On-Boarding Orientation program

  • Establish and maintain effective professional working relationships with co-workers, base support personnel, and customers.

  • Follow policies and procedures as described in corporate manuals and directives.

  • Attend work each day during scheduled work hours unless on approved travel or time off.

  • Work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.

  • Carry out other duties as may be assigned or requested


  • High School diploma and 5 years equivalent experience in a Dept. of Defense (DoD) setting.

  • Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing

  • Ability to act independently with minimal guidance/direction.

  • Mustbe both disciplined and adaptable with respect to the assigned work and employee relations.

  • Mustpossess multitasking abilities.

  • Mustpossess the ability to interact with staff at all levels of work with a proactive approach of professionalism, using discretion and diplomacy.

  • Candidate must be eligible for, or able to obtain, the appropriate personnel clearance required for this position.

  • Mustbe competent (intermediate level) in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

  • Mustbe able to transport self to various facility sites, as required. If using own motor vehicle, must possess a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
