About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to collaborate across a wide variety of initiatives within a highly dynamic and strategic team. This person will be responsible for driving and coordinating India wide initiatives. Strong communication skills and adaptability is crucial.
- 2years of Strategic program management and Operations experience.
Proven track record of successfully working with cross functional teams in a matrix management environment
Must be detail-oriented and have excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Must be highly organized and motivated with a strong work ethic for driving programs.
Strong presentation and spreadsheet skills, ability to work with internal functional, technical, business and senior leaders.
Proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workload and manage time effectively
- Work collaboratively and effectively with a diverse technical and business user groups.
Desired Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s degree is required. Computer Science, Engineering or Business Management degrees are preferred.
Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience and strong judgment on when to apply more process rigor versus when to speed something to completion
Previous project management and marketing experience is a plus.
